Before you email
- Bug? Tell us the exact URL, what you did, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help a lot.
- Tool request? Send the tool name, an example prompt, and an example of the kind of output you'd expect.
- Quota / billing question? The site is free and there's no billing — every visitor gets 1,000,000 free tokens per day at 00:00 UTC. If you see a quota error, the binding limit may be your shared IP or VPN exit node.
- Hit by an error? Include the error message verbatim and the time it happened (UTC).
Response time
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Security and abuse reports get triaged within 24 hours.
